Studio Star Mens Hoodie

Delivery is free for all of our products.  If you order the incorrect size, and would like a replacement; simply reorder the correct size from our shop, and send your original order back to us for a refund (providing the item is not damaged).  

 

You will be responsible for the postage cost for your return.  Please be sure to include your name, address, email address and phone number on the returns form that came with your order, and place it inside the package.  Once we've recieved your return, we will promptly issue your refund. Your refund will be issued to the same payment method used to place your order.  

 

If the order error was ours, we will happily refund the cost of postaged.  In this case, please place a copy of your postal reciept inside your return package along with the provided return slip.

Your Studio Star hoodie will be posted to your nominated address via Royal Mail.  Lead times will be depedant upon size availability and Royal Mail status.
