If you happen to order the wrong size T-shirt in error, simply return it via Royal Mail (be sure to include your "From" name and address on or inside the package; however, we are unable to provide a refund for postage in these cases.  Once we've recieved your return, we will promptly send out your replacement at no additional cost to you for postage.  If the error is ours, we will happily refund the cost of postaged.

Generally, you'll be able to take your free T-shirt after your Studio Star recording session; otherwise, your T-shirt will be posted to your nominated address via Royal Mail.  Extra T-shirts must be ordered online, and will be delivered to you via Royal Mail.  Lead times will be depedant upon size availability.
